Today's forecast

Today's forecast: gloomy  (NY Access-A-Ride PROMISED me they would send out Blake's photo ID this past Monday so I would have by today, in time for our flight to LA. I FINALLY just got through to them after countless messages – and OF COURSE they did not sent it out and I won't receive it in time! For some reason I can't pick it up?! And they won't send it over night even though I'll pay for it?! Why doesn't anyone do what they say they're gonna do!! I don't understand!! No picture ID for Blake.  Delta Airlines, I hope you're understanding!!!!!!)

I don't know how much more of this I can take!!
